Terms of Service

Gifts to Share provides a storefront and order workspace for configuring and purchasing custom diaries and planners. You may browse public pages without an account, but saving a configuration, viewing private order information, uploading private artwork, and checking out require an authenticated account.

You agree to use the service lawfully, provide accurate account information, and keep your sign-in credentials private. You are responsible for activity performed through your account until you report unauthorized access.

A configuration is a requested design, not a manufacturing promise. Compatibility, inventory, pricing, tax, delivery, and lead-time results are calculated from the active server-owned rules and may change before an order is placed.

A quote and checkout summary capture the values used for that transaction. An order is created only after the checkout payment boundary succeeds. We may reject a request that cannot be produced, is incomplete, or conflicts with an active policy.

Payment is followed by manual artwork review. We send a final proof for affected artwork and configuration changes. Production does not begin until you explicitly approve the current proof for the current revision.

You must have the rights and permissions needed for artwork, names, logos, and other content you submit. You grant Gifts to Share the limited permission needed to review, manufacture, store, and support the order.

Displayed prices and checkout totals are in Indian rupees. Payment, delivery, cancellation, refund, and adjustment outcomes are subject to the applicable checkout summary, order status, and support policy.

If a payment, order, proof, or delivery issue occurs, contact support promptly with the relevant order number. We may contact you using the email address associated with your account to complete support and fulfillment.

We may update these terms for future use. The version shown on this page identifies the terms presented at the time of consent. Changes do not rewrite historical order or payment records.
