We collect account details such as your name, email address, verification state, and authentication provider identity. We collect configuration choices, uploaded artwork metadata, quotes, addresses, payment status, order history, proof decisions, support messages, and operational events needed to provide the service.

We also receive basic technical information needed to secure and operate the application, such as session, device, request, and error data. Payment credentials are handled by the active payment adapter and are not stored as raw card, UPI, or banking credentials by the application baseline.

We use information to authenticate accounts, protect private resources, calculate and fulfill orders, review artwork, send proofs and service messages, provide support, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, and maintain audit records required for operations.

We do not treat a saved configuration or a viewed proof as consent for a different purpose. Legal consent is recorded with the document versions and timestamps shown at account creation.

We share only the information needed with service providers that support authentication, hosting, storage, payment, delivery, communications, security, or production. Providers must receive only the authorized data needed for their task.

Private artwork, invoices, account details, and order records are access-controlled. We retain records for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal or operational requirements, resolve disputes, and protect the service, then delete or de-identify them when appropriate.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of eligible account information, subject to legal, security, accounting, and order-record requirements. You may contact us about a privacy request using the address below.

You can stop optional communications using the instructions in those messages. Transactional messages about authentication, payment, proof, fulfillment, or support may still be necessary to complete your request.

We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change. The version shown on this page identifies the policy presented at the time of consent.
